Not only has it been a convenient location to have mail and packages sent to, but the staff is truly amazing. Always very helpful and nice. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I would give more stars if I could. I started using them when they personally helped me get 40lb boxes into their store--running out with a hand truck. I was told at another shipping place in Cherrydale, this other place is not allowed to help. This UPS Store team cares about customers-are interested in helping all who come in to have a successful experience. They really work very hard. Best I can tell, the whole area enjoys using them -lots of smiles and first names known. I have gotten to really depend on them. they print and ship out flyers that I email to them. They try to accommodate anything I am needing which happens often :-) It's a pleasure to work with Lancy and Chip!! At this point, they are my local team-"my co-workers"!By S Mac, February 06, 2017
