    Employees are friendly but policies are not Manager is polite but short sighted, not understanding clients concerns,not flexible. Surely not client friendly..

    Have been using this location since they opened. Wonderful staff, and Elliot (Assistant VP) has made sure to come out and greet me every time I am in the branch. He has also gone out of his way many times to handle any issues / concerns I had personally. The hours here are also better than most of the other local banks!!!
