  I usually go to this Bank of America because it's closer to my home I've needed their public notary services twice and they hadn't had one on site on both occasions they wanted me to schedule an appointment to get it notarize both time It's ridiculous to me this is the only Bank of America that I've been to that I have to schedule an appointment to get something notarized never had a problem in Miami Florida I ended up going to another bank of America in Maulding SC was able to get it notarize right there with no problem. The first time I had to go to the Credit union across the street from this Bank of America it really makes me want to change Banks.

  I opened my account over there, the lady who help me to open the account was so nice,I like all of them working there, the have two ATM

  I just waited 30 minutes sitting in the lobby without being helped. Someone checked me in 5 minutes after arriving, there was no further interactions from the bank staff after that. I actually watched people sit down and become impatient and leave within. The 30 minutes. Poor experience.

  Slow Service! I've been using this bank for almost 2 years. There is always 1 long line, 1 teller, understaffed. I compare this to a Wells Fargo which is always well-staffed and quick.
