- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Carrier drove right past my customers home she saw him and he did not stop then you marked her package as delivered when it was not! We have called and called the White Horse location and no one will answer the phone. This postal carrier did the same thing with another package a week prior but she was able to run out her door and catch him. This kind of issue should be addressed ASAP as it is against the law and we will be filling a complaint.By Victoria Elliott, September 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible!! I ordered something from New Jersey they shipped it out to the West Coast before realizing it was wrong. Then I went into the office to check on it lady says it's in route now make sure someone is home well someone was home all day .I said well it's 4:30 when is the latest it will be here 5 she says but you'll definitely get it today. Well it's 5:15 and still no delivery! Just saw delivery person drive by speeding didn't stop at any house on my block...what a joke!!By J C, August 24, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful. My mail is never on time and comes about 2 days a week. I had a package that I paid extra for speedy delivery. Should have been there Wednesday, I got no mail at all Wednesday and then it came super early Thursday am.
